Fit Bit (Get your Grove ON!)
Fit Bit (Get your Groove ON!)
WOW Spring has begun to Sprung!! Buds are on the trees; a
few are in full blossom. The Tulips are showing their beautiful pedals. The Sun feels warm and the grass is green and
growing!! I can’t help but praise God
for this invigorating season!
Thankfulness and appreciation for the wonder in life is what
helps me get my grove on. Yesterday, a
friend asked me, ”How do you recharge?”
My recharge is getting outside, walking my dogs and enjoying the life
God has given me. Things in this world
can be so very difficult, but when I get outside and ride my bicycle, WOW do I
ever feel free. It is so very easy to
let the burdens in life get me stuck.
But it is very difficult to remain stuck when I walk in thanksgiving
while enjoying my favorite things that God has given me. Let the beauty of this spring season bless
you too.
Today, how will you “Get Your Grove ON”?
Colossians 4:15
“And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are
called in one body; and be ye thankful.”
Be fit and be blessed,
Kimberly

Fit Bit (Do it with a Childs' TRY)
Fit Bit (Do it with a Childs’ TRY)
This Spring I have had the good fortune to be able to coach
Our Church schools’ Junior High track team.
What a hoot!! The kids are
amazing! They have happily shown up for
practice and given great efforts. It’s
very exciting to watch their try.
Jesus said, we should come to Him as little children. What does that mean?
As I understand this verse, it means come to him with full
trust and enthusiasm. I see that in
these children. Trust, Enthusiasm and
whole heartedness are leading their way.
This way of thinking seems to come so naturally for them. I look at myself and see the enthusiasm
slipping away. When this happens my job
performance is half hearted. When I give
minimal effort, my trust in God suffers too.
My pray today is, “Lord help me come to you with the trust and
enthusiasm of a little child.
I asked my “kids” to pick out a Bible verse that could help
them stay strong when they feel like loosing their try.
Owen picked Colossians 4:23 “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to
the Lord and not unto men.”
Today be inspired to give life your best shot unto the
Lord. He will increase you TRY.
Be fit and be blessed,
Kimberly

Fit Bit (Love is like chocolate)
Fit Bit (love is like chocolate)
Love is like Chocolate?
For Easter I bought some mini chocolates. When I eat one it leads to three more. For me it is really fun to have chocolate and
caramel melt in my mouth. It’s so fun I
think, “I just have to do it again!”, and so I do. J
Love is like that.
Showing someone love is so fun, I just have to do it again. It is the simple acts of love that really
move the world. Today, I took the time
to pet my cat, it felt nice to intentionally give it love. Yesterday, my agenda was disrupted once again
because I felt the need to pay attention to people I love. I no longer get the work done in a day I used
to, I do however spend time intentionally in love. It is fun.
Holy, Healthy and Happy living is;
Holy, know God loves you.
Healthy, love yourself.
Happy, love others.
I like that loving others is a bit addictive for me. Is it for you? Random acts of kindness are acts of
love. Happiness is intentionally being
kind to someone else.
I think it’s even more fun then chocolate!
What will you do today to be a little happier?
Be fit and be blessed,
Kimberly

John 13:34-35 “A new
commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you,
that ye also love one another. 35By this
shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”
My beautiful niece Emma gave me a plaque it states,” I’d
give up chocolate, but I’m not a quitter!” Sometimes its not easy to stop and do something for someone else, don't be a quitter!
One way to help others is to speak life;
