Fit Bit ( Defeated or Determined?)

Fit Bit (Defeated or Determined?)

As I was reading Proverbs 16 today, I was reminded how important my thoughts and words are to my path.

Proverbs 16:3. “ Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.”
What I realize is even if my plans don’t succeed  in Kimberly’s way, they still succeed for our Lord, when I put on my try for Him.   So many things I intend a certain way, turn out differently.  Yet, if I put Him in the center of my TRY I know that whatever the outcome, He’s got it.

Sometime, because so many things, do not go according to my plan it is easy to give up, and feel defeated. I see this in the fitness industry.  Many people start a fitness/. Wellness program with great enthusiasm and then fizzle out.  In fitness and in life, its not about doing something good for a bit, It’s a consistent effort in the right direction.  For me,  to “keep on keeping on”,  in the midst of difficult, I need to keep it up for our Lord.  I need to keep doing what’s right because I want to be a good steward of all that God has given me.  I want to be a good steward of every day, one moment at a time.  One way I do this is by being very careful with what I think and say.  My attitude and words towards food, moving , relationships, everything really does make or break my day.  Today.  I hope this little fit bit inspires you to take charge of what you think and say about your day, so you can be determined and not defeated.  In order to be good stewards all God has given us, we at least have to put on our TRY!!!  Speak and think life for Jesus!!
Proverbs 16:23. “A wise man’s heart guides his mouth, and his lips promote instruction.   24. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.”
Be fit and are blessed,
Kimberly
