Let’s go be His light today and always😇🙏🌸. It can be easy to get caught up in what we can’t do or feel overwhelmed and loose desire to do what’s right. Today break any chain that tries to bind you by intentionally shinning in the light of Jesus!!
Isaiah 26:3-4 " You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. 4 Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord is the Rock eternal." My feet are on the Rock!! When I can hold tight to Jesus, read His Word, think on it and pray then His peace fills my heart no matter what my worldly circumstances are. Simply TRUST with Jesus as our ROCK eternal is the is only way I know to truly be well.
Galatians 1:10 " Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ." Wow.... this verse helps me look at my motives. I'm currently healing from my wrist injury I acquired while "showing off". I wasn't showing off to Jesus. I hope you like this verse today too, and it helps you remember to do what ever He gives you, full heartily for Him!!😇🙏🌸♥️
Hebrews 13;15. " By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name." There is power in the name of Jesus. There is much simple power in Thank you Jesus with a sincere heart. May we remember to see what's right, and thank Him today and always. Thank Him in the midst of what doesn't seem right too and TRUST His plan. 😇🙏🌸♥️
1 Corinthians 13:12 "For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I am also known." When we seek first God He gives us wisdom, yet many things here on Earth are simply beyond our understanding. I look forward to the day when I don't have to struggle with the why. In the meantime. I'll look up and TRUST. Reading His word daily and applying it to my life definitely helps in my hear and now. I think it's so cool how when I meditate on His word He guides me in all my areas of my life Today I hope His word is a lamp to your feet too. John 14:27 " all this I have spoken while still with you 26 but the Councelor, the Holy Spirit whom the father will send in my name, will teach you these things and remind you of everything I have said to you. 27 peace I leave with you; my peace I give you I do not give you as the world gives, do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid."
Mathew 28:20 " Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." These are the word of Jesus. " I am with you always". How beautiful. I often need an accountability partner to help me in maintaining a desired life change. In AA we have a saying, "our secrets keep us sick". So when I am hiding my crap and protecting it, it festers and grows. Jesus is with us always and we are never hiding anything from Him. You know your crap go ahead and confess it to Him and ask Him for a truly repentant heart, forgiveness and His righteousness ( right standing with God) ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit so you can stand firm in faith without wavering. Today and always let Jesus be your accountability partner. He loves you through it all and will never leave you!!!!!😇🙏🌸♥️
" Be still and know that I am God". Psalm 46:1. " God is our refuge and strength, our ever present help in trouble 2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the sea, 3 Though it's water roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging." Back to Psalm 46:10" Be still and know that I am God." Today I woke up after dreaming about Erin. I wanted my reality to be different, then I remembered Psalm 46:10. There are so many things I simply can't understand. But through it all, I am reminded to live in peace and Be still and know He is God. He takes the raging waters and calms the sea. When we are reunited in Heaven, it'll be as if no time has passed, we will not be limited by time in Heaven😇🙏🌸♥️Worry and fear and not wanting things the way they are disturbs our hearts it’s hard to be fit with our hearts not right.
Jeremiah 29:11 "for I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future. 12 then you will come upon me and pray to me and I will listen to you. 13 you will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart, I will be found by you, declares the Lord and bring you back from captivity. Jeremiah 30:17 "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds." Seek Him first....Seek Him like silver. When I seek God with all my heart ; reading His word daily, trusting Him in everything especially the things I can't understand and giving Him credit for the victories, my life is better. My life is better when I live in the simplicity of trusting God. TRUST. I hope these verses help you remember He is with you, loving you through this😇🙏🌸♥️. Gods got this!!!
John 8:7 "When they kept on questioning Him, He straightened up and said to them, "If anyone of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw the first stone at her." " All of us sin and fall short of the glory of God. It's easy enough to compare ourselves to people who do sins "worse" then we do, somehow thinking we are less of a sinner or less of a wretch then someone else. Truth is; sin is sin. The price of sin is death. Then Jesus😇. He came to live and die for us to pay the penelty of death for our sins. He also rose from the grave and gives us His righteousness if we simply believe. Sin is sin, doesn't matter if you are the best sinner in Hell you're still in Hell. With Jesus our sins are forgiven and we have life eternal. John 8:10 " Jesus straightened up and asked her, " Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you? 11 "No one Sir", she said
" Then neither do I condemn you, Jesus declared. " Go and leave your life of sin." I love this account of forgiveness in Jesus. 😇🙏🌸♥️. Today I hope this inspires you to let go of the darkness including thinking your less dark then someone else and walk in His light and life eternal😇🙏♥️🌸
1 Peter 5:10-11" And the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered for a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 11. To Him, Be the power forever and ever Amen". After we have suffered for a little while......When I used to read this I thought of a little while being my current trial. But now . I think of it, as life. It seems as though once we conquer one trial there is another one. I heard a sermon where the Pastor compared our little lives here on earth to a one inch mark on a 1000 foot rope. It reminds me, all our struggles here are just a moment compared to the glory that awaits us. Sometimes when I'm climbing a big hill on my bike I start counting to help me get through it. What's your technique to climb the hill in front of you? My goal is to get through it all , keeping my eye on the prize. JESUS. So during my trial. I can shine His light. No matter how big this battle is here on earth it's just a battle. The war is won in Jesus. Keep your eyes on the Prize .... onward....upward. 😇🙏🌸♥️
1 Corinthians 1:31. "Therefore as it is written: " Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord." All that we have is from our Lord. 😇. I used to think...it was all me. That was a lonely difficult place. Once I began to realize all that I have is from the Lord I could live in thanksgiving for what is right and TRUST Him in what didn't seem right. I hope this verse helps you too today. 😇🌸🙏♥️. You are never alone. Jesus said, " Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." ( Matthew 28:20)
