Fit Bit (Holy for Holidays (5)
The Perfect Gift!)
My dear friend just gave me the perfect gift, a Christmas
Angel ornament with the word GRACE prominent on her garment. Those of you, who know me, understand how
perfect that is for me. Yet as perfect
as that is, the true perfect gift is the child who was born this season, some
two thousand years ago.
Today, I felt a pain in the center of my right hand. The pain reminded me of the great pain and
punishment this glorious child went through for you and me. Because of Him, His perfect gift, we no
longer have to suffer. Sure this world
is tough. But if we are losing hope it
is because we have forgotten His perfect gift.
He came that we may have life and have it to the full. So if
you find yourself suffering with guilt, shame, anxiety depression, gluttony, drunkenness
etc.…Remember you have been given the Perfect gift!!! Take His promise and Give Him your pain. This is the great exchange!!! This is the perfect Gift!
This Holy season,
do you know someone who is suffering?
Maybe that suffering person is you.
Jesus Christ is the perfect gift.
He loves you and me and will never let us go. No matter how many times we walk away from
Him, He welcomes us back, with open arms, helps us up, forgives us and gives us
a fresh start. Walk in and share His perfect gift!
John 10:10
“The thief cometh not, but for to
steal, and to kill and to destroy; I am
come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
1 John 2:1-2 “My
little children, these things write unto you that ye sin not, And if any man
sin, we have an advocate wit the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. 2 And He is the propitiation for our sins;;
and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.”
1 John 2:10 “He
that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of
stumbling in him.”
Be fit, be blessed and Merry Christmas!
