Fit Bit (Healthful Choices)
Ice cream, cheese, cookies, chips all fun for the moment but
can be devastating to the body. Sweets
can be addictive. Of course, one can
argue moderation, but there are some of us who don’t manage moderation very
well. What do you do if you or someone
you love struggles with moderation?
Replace toxic choices with good ones!
What ever you, or your loved one is struggling with, remove
it from you home. Replace it healthful
choices. Keep fruits, vegetables and
healthful snacks easily available. Focus on what you can do, not what you are
struggling with.
Toxic choices are not only food related, do you have
thoughts and patterns you need to replace with healthful choices? You can do
all things through Christ who strengthens you!
Changing your behavior starts with prayer and changing your
thoughts.
Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who
strengthens me.”
Proverbs 16:3 “Commit your work to the Lord, then you will succeed.”
Matthew 28:20 “and then teach these new disciples to obey all the
commands I have given you; and be sure of this-that I am with you always, even to the end of
the age.”
