Fit Bit (What is success?)
What is success? Is
it winning the race? Is it loosing the
weight? Is it being the strongest or
having the most money?
I used to be a very successful runner, now I can’t run very
fast at all. Do you think God loves me
less? Some days, I’m good at watching my
food intake and managing my money and some days, not so much…. Do you think God
loves me more some days then others? No,
His love for each of us is unconditional!
Jesus is with us always and
through all things;
Mathew 28:20 “Lo I am with you always even to the end of
the age.”
I think success is running the race with endurance, trusting
in God’s love all the way!
We were each created uniquely, and on purpose.
Psalm 139:13-14 “For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully
and wonderfully made;
your
works are wonderful,
I
know that full well.
Some of us are talented runners, some of us are good at
throwing, and some of us are good at being friendly and creating team spirit.
God has a purpose for each of us; we are all a very important part of His
team!!
Jeremiah 29:11.” For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans
to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Success starts in the HEART.
When we trust Jesus as LORD of our heart, His strength will give us
success, regardless of where we finish the race.
Be Strong in your life, whatever your race may be!!
The Lord is
my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart
leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.
I can do
all this through him who gives me strength.
Be fit, be
blessed and be successful in the Lord,
Kimberly
I believe success is
using our talents to the best of our abilities, for His glory. First place or last place, God grace is with
us! Success is knowing Jesus loves us
and is our strength regardless of where we place, regardless of our battle.
What is success? Maybe you meant to send a note, but I got a blank page, and somehow there was a message in this; success can be what we make of it - not money, acclaim, popularity - all the things the world sees as success, but it's taking a blank page and filling it in with servanthood. "Only one life, 'twill soon be past, only what's done for Christ will last."
