Fit Bit (A well-worn path)
Recently I was helping a friend of mine that is battling
depression. When we met with her
therapist he said, “Your thinking and speech is a well worn path, if you want
to get well you have to start thinking differently.”
A well-worn path, this is a cool analogy. I used to use alcohol as my crutch. I used to use food as my crutch. They were my “go two’s” when I got anxious or
frustrated. I had to change my thinking
in order to get well. My new well –worn
path is trusting God and calling on His name.
