I used to be consumed with worry and fear a deep anxiety that wouldn’t leave. I was chasing things God didn’t want me to have. Jesus said, “My yoke is easy, my burden is light.” When my burdens feel heavy, I have to STOP and reevaluate who I am chasing. Usually when I am full of anxiety I am filling myself full of things from the thief. I hope this helps you put Him first today.
