The Daniel Challenge day two
The King could not get his wise men to interrupt his dream. He could not even remember his dream. The king was angry and ordered the wise servants to be killed. Daniel said he could interpret the dream. He called on his three closest associates, had them pray for him and then God gave him the vision of the kings dream and the wisdom to interpret it. He did so and the king rewarded Daniel, his associates and praised the God Daniel worshiped. Our God is the one true God.
In this chapter I think the power of prayer is illustrated. We need to ask God for help and ask others to pray for us. Many people have recently lifted me up in prayer and I have benefited greatly. Today, let’s pray for each other. There is a great power in prayer.
Remember to eat two to three fruits today, five to seven servings of vegetables and drink water for your main drink. (Still eat other things but make sure you eat these) Taking care of our bodies and our souls we will have the strength, to continue on, in the upward call, of God.
What are your thoughts? Please respond to all or post on the blog. Our success is not about me imparting my wisdom it is us helping each other.
Daniel 2:47 “ The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of truth it is that your God is a God of gods and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.”
Be fit and be blessed,

ReplyDeleteWe read Daniel 2 last evening. One of my kids said that the kings dream was "pretty amazing". It is amazing to know how prophetic the dream was both in terms of secular and spiritual history. God does know all history, ours and everyone else's. He know the past, present, and future. How amazing, comforting, and exciting.

PS off to the fair again today. I packed another salad for my lunch. Seems weird to pack a salad instead of a sandwich, but it is was I need.
