Proverbs 28:13 “He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.”
Confess and renounce our sins verses concealing them. In AA we say, our secrets keep us sick. I know this full well. I’m not advocating lay it all out there on social media. I am suggesting that have a few good friends or a pastor that we can be honest with. We each have Jesus with us always. If, He is the only one you have, He is enough!!! Be honest with Him. Have a truly repentant heart and move forward in forgiveness and fortitude. This is a continual process to true health and wellness.
