MOVE IT! MOVE IT! MOVE IT!!!

Did you MOVE IT yesterday?

 Cardiovascular exercise is moving it.  We can all move it more, regardless of our circumstance; even a quadriplegic can choose to do eye exercises. 

We all have excuses; many of us are too busy.  Carving out time and energy to exercise is low on the priority list.  Figure out a way you can move more!  Take the stairs, park in the back of the lot, get up and walk around for five minutes on the hour, dance, put on great music and keep the beat, you will find yourself moving more!  (I think moving to music really helps us move more and faster.  I like contemporary Christian.  It gives me a spiritual lift while I am getting a physical lift.)

Get a pedometer and evaluate how much you are moving, do you register at least 10,000 steps a day?

We can live in excuses and blame or solutions and responsibility.

Adam blamed Eve, Eve blamed the serpent bottom line…they were responsible for their own actions.  We are responsible for our own actions or lack there of. 
MOVE IT!

Genesis 3:12  “ It was the woman you gave me who gave me the fruit, and I ate it.”
1 Corinthians 9:24  “Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize?  Run in such a way that you may obtain it.”

If we want to look and feel differently (better) we have to do things differently (better).  Make a plan, do the plan.
