Healthy and Well (fruit2)
This week our focus is on eating two – three servings of fruit a day.

How are you doing?    Some people leave the fruit out on their desk and make sure it is gone before they start snacking on other foods.

What do you do?

Are you still drinking 64oz. of water a day?

When we feed our bodies better they perform better.  I guarantee, if you are now drinking the water and eating the fruits you have more energy.  If you are following this program I am confident you are doing better.

Daniel 1:12&15  “ Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat and water to drink…15 and at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king’s meat.
