Isaiah 26:3-4 "You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. 4 Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord is the Rock eternal." He is the Rock Eternal. On Christ the solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand. Sometime I can think of I have this or that then I will be at peace. Truth is only Jesus can give me true peace. Paul said , he had learned to be content no matter what state he was in. Peace in Jesus no matter what state we are in is the very essence of true healthy and wellness. If we put on our faith fist we can be truly “fit for anything”! 😇🙏❤️🦅🪨. Let’s keep our feet on the ROCK!!!!
