Proverbs 11:25 "A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others, he himself will be refreshed." Generous and lifting others up what a good way to be! Have you ever been around people that make you want to be better? Sometimes people that help us “ be better” call us out. They don’t let our bad behaviors go unchecked, they point out things we don’t see. This is loving and helps us be better people. They also point out the good things we do. They bring out the best in us. We need people we admire and want to be more like, we want to be people think of this way too. It’s good to have friends that help you be your best you. We are to be generous and refresh eachother. “ you make me want to be a better man” is a line in a movie I have never forgotten. When we pick friends pick people that help steer us in the right direction not ones that will bring us down. When my boys were in kindergarten the teacher had a sign up: Good friends are caring, trustworthy, generous and have good citizenship. Bad friends lie, gossip, cheat, steal and are prejudice. Be careful who you allow in your life it makes a difference!!! 😇❤️🌸🙏. Be careful you are acting like a “Good Friend” too.
