FIt Bit ( Save you in this Storm)

Fit Bit (Save you in this storm)

It is amazing to me how things on the outside can look so good, yet on the inside can be such a mess.  Currently I am training for an Iron Man.  God willing I will complete my first Iron Man in Maryland Oct. 7th, 2017.  My fitness looks good and my physical appearance is okay for a 55-year-old woman.   Although, I look all right from the outside, currently I am feeling so overwhelmed on the inside.  Life is never as we plan.  What gets me through these days is knowing that God never changes.  Jesus is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.  He never gives up on me, or the ones that I love.  Today.  His promise of love is what keeps me healthy.  Sure I exercise, try to eat right and get good quality sleep, but keeping God first is how I truly stay strong.

Most of us are going through something.  We all have seasons.  Today what ever comes your way, be encouraged to stay strong and healthy by putting Jesus first.

Mark 4:30  “And He said,  “Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God?  Or with what comparison shall we compare it?
31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:
32But when it is sown, it growth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.” “

This passage reminds me, that if I hold on tight to God and His promises, those that I love will be encouraged to do the same and my whole family can be like the Oak tree by the river grounded and rooted in Christ Jesus.

May His blessings reign upon you, today and always!

Be fit and be blessed,

Kimberly
