Philippians 2:12 "Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed- not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence-continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose." Obey, with purity of heart, do what is right, when no one is looking! I am a recovering Alcoholic. I used to be a closet drinker. I spent a lot of years hiding my alcohol. In the "l p program, we have a saying; “ Our secrets keep us sick.” If I am secretly grumbling and complaining to someone, or secretly eating an extra portion of ice cream I’m not taking full responsibility for my actions and therefore I am more likely to repeat my unwanted behavior. Today be encouraged to face life on life’s terms.
