Healthy and Well (water3)
This week we are focusing on water. 
1.     Drink 64 oz. a day.
2.     Wash clean with fresh clean water.
Bathing, this is something most of us do daily, as we should (or at least a couple times a week)

Our hygiene is extremely important.  We need to practice and enjoy taking care of ourselves now while we are young so when we get old and forgetful we don’t forget.  If we do not brush and floss our teeth daily we can develop gingivitis.  Then we will loose our teeth.  If we do not bathe regularly and wash our hands often we are more susceptible to illness.  We bathe with fresh clean water.   We need to bathe our insides by drinking it and our outsides by washing in it.

For those of you that don’t like to drink water and prefer to substitute a diet cola, coffee, tea or other form of drink think of bathing in that drink.  Would you do that?  Of course not, drink water clean your body inside bathe in water and clean it on the outside.

To cleanse our souls call on Jesus.  He truly cleanses us.  He washes us clean inside and out!!!

1 Timothy 6:6  “But Godliness with contentment is great gain.”

John 10:9  “I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”
