Fit Bit (Sleep1)

Fit Bit with Kimberly (Sleep 1)
Question:  I have been so tiered lately.  I cannot seem to get enough sleep.  I go to bed late and wake up early.  When I do try to sleep I toss and turn.  How can I get better sleep?

ANNswer:  Sleep s very important and cutting it short, will negatively affect your health.  If we do not get enough sleep our brains respond as if we are intoxicated.  Therefore it leads to defeated thinking.  Proverbs 23:7 “ As a man thinkith in his heart so shall he be” The first step to getting better sleep is to set and adhere to set sleep times.  Plan 8-10 hours everyday for sleep and keep those times consistent.  An example would be 10pm-6am.  There may seem to be, many things to do before you to go to bed. Go to bed even if you still have work to do.  Your sleep is an extremely important time.  If you are well rested you will be able to get more done in your waking hours the next day.

In order to have better sleep make sleeping a valued part of your day and during this time frame trust God to handle what life is dealing you. Be fit and be blessed,

Kimberly
