Healthy and well (Sleep vs. junk food)


Healthy and Well for 2012 (2/7)
Sleep;

    Did you know that people who do not get enough sleep tend to be 25 pounds or more over weight?

   This morning I am a bit sleep deprived.  I have already reached for something that was not nutritious.  I was about to put it, in my mouth, for pure entertainment value.  Have you ever done that?

  Today, hopefully you are well rested allowing yourself to make better decisions.  While you are considering your food choices today, Consider this; Is what I am about to eat nutritious?  If the answer is no, reconsider.  Try to make sure you are drinking your water, eating your fruits, veggies and lean proteins. Leave the junk food alone.

Our bodies are His temples!  Let’s not treat them as trashcans!
