Psalm 144:15 “ Happy are the people who are in such a state; Happy are the people whose God is the Lord.
How are you doing so far?
1. Do you seek God first? Do you spend time with Him daily?( Mathew 6:33)
2. Have you established a healthful sleep routine? (Proverbs 3:24)
3. Are you practicing faith or fear in you daily struggles?
(1 Peter 5:7)
These three simple practices are all based in “love and trust God”. We need to love and trust God in order to sleep. Sleep is essential.
If we do not have the peace and fullness of God inside of us we are more likely to over eat, under exercise, over react and live an undisciplined life.
How is your foundation? This weekend evaluate, are you treating you and your body as His temple? When we allow worry to take hold we are disrupting the temple.
Next week we start out with Fun! Why wait? Today is the day the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it.
