Old Testament reading; Exodus
29:1-30:38
Anointing oils and incense are made
and the Lords instructions are clear;
30:33Whoever makes perfume
like it and whoever puts it on anyone other than a priest must be cut off from
his people.”
30:38 Whoever makes any like
it to enjoy its fragrance must be cut off from his people.”

Jesus sends out the twelve
8These were His
instructions: “Take
nothing for the journey except a staff- no bread no bag no money in your
belts. Wear sandals but not an extra
tunic. 10 Whenever you enter a house,
stay there until you leave that town. 11And
if any place will not welcome you or listen to you, shake off the dust from
your feet when you leave, as a testimony against them.”
Kimberly’s thoughts; It is nice to know even the disciples had
instructions for being rejected…simply shake it off!
