Lent Wellness Challenge Day 35

Lent Wellness Challenge day 35
Faith Centered Fitness teaches a true wellness lifestyle starts with centering our life on God.

I keep Jesus front and center by using: 1.  Christian Fellowship 2.  Sound pastoral advise 3. The Bible 4. Prayer   5.Faith
I trust in His love no matter how bleak the situation is before me.

Jeremiah 29:11  ““For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.”

In Faith Centered Fitness we take this foundation and apply it to all areas of our lives.  So far this Lent, we have spoken mainly about taking care of our relationship with God, treating our bodies as His temple and loving others. (Holy, healthy, happy)

The wellness wheel is a great way to illustrate how all areas of our lives are connected.  Below is a link to my website and my Logo, the back wheel is the Faith Centered Fitness wellness wheel.
(Currently the website is not functioning well, but you will get the idea)

The seven main areas of our lives are:

If one of these areas is “off” it affects our peace. (Triggers us)  With God as the hub of our wheel, no matter where we are flat, His love helps us keep on keeping on.  The next couple of days we will expand our wellness  thoughts, to talk about these other aspects of our lives.

Wellness Wheel:

Be fit and be blessed,
