Jeremiah 29:11 ““For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.”
In Faith Centered Fitness we take this foundation and apply it to all areas of our lives. So far this Lent, we have spoken mainly about taking care of our relationship with God, treating our bodies as His temple and loving others. (Holy, healthy, happy)

If one of these areas is “off” it affects our peace. (Triggers us) With God as the hub of our wheel, no matter where we are flat, His love helps us keep on keeping on. The next couple of days we will expand our wellness thoughts, to talk about these other aspects of our lives.
