The Faith Centered Fitness wellness wheel includes;
BODY, MIND, SOUL, RELATIONSHIPS, HOME, WORK AND FINANCES.
If one of these areas is “off” we can be triggered to fall into old familiar comfort behaviors that might not be, good for us such as over eating, gossip or a give up attitude. “Jesus take the wheel” is a fun country song and a great way to think of our wellness wheel.
(Love, Accept, Forgive, Forget)
Ask yourself, Are you the type of person people like to see enter the room or leave?
If we want to have great relationships we have to be the best we can be first. God helps us with that.
John 15:12 “This is my commandment that ye love one another, as I have loved you.”
How does Jesus love us? He loves us unconditionally. He continually forgives us, He accepts us for all we are and all we are not. He forgets our past mistakes and continually encourages us to keep on keeping on with him. This is where my LAFF actinium comes from.
There is much to cover when we talk about relationships but to start, let’s love others as Jesus loves us. When we are tempted to back bite, slander or be judgmental let’s call on His strength and be His love.
Please share how you control your emotions and love with Christ sloe in your relationships.
Be fit and be blessed,
